With a bird's eye view of LaPorte, this beautiful front loft features 18 new and restored (8-1/2 feet tall) light-filled windows around two parameters. The views from these windows must be seen to be believed! You can see for blocks! Breathtaking! This loft is currently getting a gorgeous galvanized metal ceiling and loads of electrical outlets, so grab your imagination and call for an appointment to see this space.

The north loft has now been leased and is the beautiful new home of Automotive Imagineering & Manufacturing. (This photo was taken on the day they moved in. It has since become a busy office with constant activity.)

The south space (Loft B) is 19'8" x 16' with a smaller reception area measuring 8' x 7'4". The back wall of this cozy loft has been taken down to the original brick. Two glass panels on the front of the space bring in lots of natural light from the huge restored windows. Here's how the loft looked when it was ready to lease in 2009. Formerly the home of GALLERY BOTTLE ROCKET, they've done beautiful things with Loft B as evidenced by the photos below. This shows the versatility of our lofts when you add your own build-outs and creativity. These talented artists recently relocated to Oregon and their beautiful gallery loft is now available for lease.
